Magill Property Renovation Strategy
This Magill property, based in the leafy suburbs of east Adelaide, was built in the early 1900’s and oozed charm but lacked functionality for today’s modern family life. It was our objective to create a warm inviting home, filled with light, modern kitchen and bathroom facilities and luxuries, such as the butlers pantry off the kitchen space. We even made the wine cellar accessible with a new set of stairs.
Our strategy was a simple renovation and sell.

Evandale was a JV partnership with the owner.
Our strategy was to team up with the owner, renovate the property then sell. The profit was then shared as per our agreement. The home took 14 weeks to complete, where underpinning was carried out to ensure that the we delivered the best end product for the new owner. There was nothing for the new owners to do on the property. They just had to move in, bring their toothbrush, bags and simply enjoy it!

A beautiful Tudor home in Tusmore was the perfect canvas for a modern renovation. This home renovation was a JV partnership with the homeowner. The renovation took longer than anticipated due to the location within a conservation zone, thus any minor change needed to be consulted with the council for approval.
In the end, the wait was worth it and we transformed a very tired tudor home into a beautiful modern home complete with an added alfresco area and a brand new kitchen moved from the centre of the house to the open plan living/dining area.

Sitting on the high side of the street, this house captured a 270 degree view from the sea, city and hills.
It was our first 2 storey renovation, but this didn’t put us off. We did it with great confidence because of our A-team were with us every step fo the way (even during covid and a lock down!).
We managed to complete the project in a timely manner and within budget. We received a fantastic end result with the resale and our JV partner was more than happy with the financial outcome.

Located within walking distance to the Semaphore beach. We were very excited to renovate this beautiful property. With a JV partner on board we set about to overhaul this tired house and turn it into a beautiful home. From adding a butlers pantry to a his and hers shower, we were very happy with the look and feel of this home.
The project was within the budget and timeframe, thus the end result was remarkable. An interstate buyer fell in love with the property who could envision themselves in their new home.
Our JV partner was as happy as us with the end result. Another happy ending.
