Quality Renovations & Results
One thing we know, when it comes to renovating properties is it’s all about quality and high standards. While many property developers choose to cut corners and do everything on the cheap, leaving unsuspecting buyers disappointed down the track when they have to re-stump their new home. We don’t!
We started investing in property in 2003 and between 2014 and 2018 we have completed 14 house renovations, flipping them to modern, updated, long lasting homes. Since 2019 we have renovated and flipped more than 30 properties. We love to renovate tired, old properties and in particular we enjoy character homes where we can see them come back to life.

Property Sub Division
Included in our strategy for property development is subdivision. Subdividing blocks and renovating the original house can be a very successful strategy. We have had many developments where this strategy has resulted in considerable profit. It is also aligned with our values of keeping the original house and updating it so many families can enjoy it (albeit a lot more modernised) for years to come.
With people wanting less garden spaces to maintain, greater demand in many suburbs, smaller blocks are highly valued where families are able to design their own home and build it to their budget and specifications.
Working with owners of such blocks and joint venture partners to create this valuable outcome has been one of our keys to success. We are able to maximise their financial return and create a win-win situation.

In the early days, under the watchful eye of our Property Coach we learnt the process of a very detailed due diligence. The importance of this process should not be underestimated and by the end of the project this is one area you cannot afford to get wrong.
We love the searching, planning and design, the challenges, coordination of trades, managing the ins and outs of the renovation or sub-division, and mostly importantly the end reward for all of our hard work. Not only do we end up with a high standard, beautiful property to sell but the financial reward makes it all worthwhile.
